After taking a recommendation from a friend - we hired the wrong realtor who way over priced us.....so we took the recommendation of another friend for a realtor....who never answered questions, was not available, who still had us overpriced....so the 3rd time being a charm, we hired Bryon Howard because he lived in the area we were selling in. I told Bryon upfront, we've had it with inflated prices to get business and realtors that are unavailable to answer questions, update us on showings etc. He agreed that isn't the way a good realtor does business and then set off to prove it.
