After taking a recommendation from a friend - we hired the wrong realtor who way over priced us.....so we took the recommendation of another friend for a realtor....who never answered questions, was not available, who still had us overpriced....so the 3rd time being a charm, we hired Bryon Howard because he lived in the area we were selling in. I told Bryon upfront, we've had it with inflated prices to get business and realtors that are unavailable to answer questions, update us on showings etc. He agreed that isn't the way a good realtor does business and then set off to prove it. He was honest. We'd missed our best market. We were in a unique property and he contacted all aspects of the market that would use that property in different ways - own, rent, demolish for the lot. We weren't put in a single niche. We received timely information about showings and feedback, and honesty about our position but also positive options.  We felt Bryon was enthusiastic and eager, always upbeat and above all, Bryon Howard is honest. He is not a person who is going to tell you what you want to hear to get your business and then drop a bombshell! He's straight forward.

I am on my 3rd  recommendation for Bryon! The first being a good friend who thought he could never afford to own a house and Bryon showed him how it could happen! The second a lady who needed advise in purchasing a business and I knew Bryon could help or point in the right direction! My latest, my most important - I have just sent my daughter and son in law to Bryon for advice on selling their house! I trust that Bryon will get them the best deal, give them the same honesty, respect and communication that I've come to expect from him.

Not only would I recommend Bryon to a friend or family, he would be the first person I'd call if I was to sell again.
