After taking a recommendation from a friend - we hired the wrong realtor who way over priced us.....so we took the recommendation of another friend for a realtor....who never answered questions, was not available, who still had us overpriced....so the 3rd time being a charm, we hired Bryon Howard because he lived in the area we were selling in.
